Our Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 2–3 business days once your order is on the way (except for pre-order products).
Shipping Time
Due to different stock locations, delivery times may vary.
Products stocked in our Australian warehouse usually arrive within 3–10 business days.
Items shipped from our overseas warehouse may take up to 6–8 weeks for delivery.
Shipping Carrier:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages are delivered via local Australian logistics providers such as Australia Post, TNT, and Allied Express. Delivery is made to the front door by default. If inside delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
Shipping Area:
All products are currently available for shipping within Australia only.
Shipping Fee:
We offer free delivery to metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
Other locations require shipping fees depending on the carrier and may fluctuate with market conditions. As a general reference, shipping costs include a base fee of AUD 20 plus AUD 2 per kilometer, calculated based on the distance from our nearest warehouse.
Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Track My Order
The shipping tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
