Our Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our return policy.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@auvitalling.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Pre-order or made-to-order items may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.

Eligibility Requirements

✅ Item must be unused and in original condition
✅ Original packaging must be included
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Process

1. Initiate Request
Email support@auvitalling.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Shipment Instructions
Return Address: We will provide the nearest return address based on your order location. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions. Return status updates will be sent via email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized products
Special offer or clearance items
Used products affecting resale condition
Damage caused by improper use or customer handling

Exchange Procedure

For the fastest replacement, return the original item following the standard return process and place a new order once the return request has been approved.

Refund Policy

Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if your order is canceled before shipment, the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, or the package is lost in transit or not delivered.

Partial Refunds
If the return is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Refund approval notification will be sent within 3 business days after receiving your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing. If your refund has not appeared within 15 business days, please contact support@auvitalling.com.
